Q.How do I pay for my item?
A.
You can pay for an order in a variety of ways. You may pay by check
or money order, orders paid by check will be held for a length of 10
days to ensure clearance from the bank..if you are in a hurry, this is
NOT the way to pay. Money order payments will be processed and shipped
as soon as the order is ready.
You will receive an email confirmation
of shipping date on either payment type.
You may also pay with a credit card or Paypal balance. Either payment
is processed through Paypal and is secure, easy and fast! I have used
Paypal since 2001 and have found it to be very Secure and Easy to use! Q Do I need a paypal account to
pay with Paypal?
A. No, you do not have to have a paypal account to pay with
a credit card. Paypal is safe and secure and no account is
needed! Q.
Is my information Secure?
A. Yes! All of your financial information is completely
secure. We don't collect any information
other than email addresses and shipping addresses. Q.
Do you share my email address or mailing address with 3rd
parties?
A.
No! We do not share any information with anyone
else! Q.
How do I choose fabrics or
colors?
A. I
offer custom sewing! I don't keep a lot of fabrics on hand at
any giving time! I do however, ask you a few questions..what
you are looking for, favorite colors, prints, etc. I then
choose fabrics based on your answers. I send you a variety of
sample pictures and let you choose..if you don't like any of the
choices, I pull another selection and continue working with you until
you find just what you like! Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. Due to the customized nature of all of our products we do not offer
cash refunds. However, if you are unhappy with any item and i
am unable to fix the problem, you may return it for a store credit of
the purchase price minus 15%. Items returned must be in new
condition or there will be a 50% deduction instead of 15%.

Can you sew something not listed on the website?
A. Yes, usually I can create whatever you need. However, I do
have standards on the clothing I make, so I will NOT make backless
outfits, mini skirts, halter tops, or other items that are deemed
immodest! Not sure? Please feel free to ASK me!
Q. How
long will it take to receive my items?
A. That depends. Usually my turn around is 1 to 2 weeks,
depending on the amount of orders I have on hand. I work on
things as they come in (first come, first served). I also
have local orders, so there are times that I may not be able to get to
your order for several weeks! Please ask if you are in a
hurry for something! Q.
Do you do Rush Orders?
A. Yes, I offer Rush
orders! Please let me know before ordering. There
is an extra $10 charge for rush orders. This is for the entire order,
not each item in the order.God
